Services
Intryn Web Solutions provides professional web design and development services, including but not limited to:
Custom website design and development
WordPress website development
E-commerce solutions (Shopify, WooCommerce)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Website maintenance and support
Graphic design services
The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
Project Process
Project Initiation
All projects begin with a signed agreement and initial payment
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client responsiveness
Significant changes to project scope may require revised timelines and costs
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:
Provide all required content, images, and materials in a timely manner
Respond to communications and feedback requests within 5 business days
Designate a single point of contact for project decisions
Review and approve deliverables at each project milestone
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Revisions
Each project phase includes a specified number of revision rounds
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately
Major changes to approved work may incur additional charges
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise specified in your project agreement, the standard payment schedule is:
50% Advance: Due upon project commencement
25% Midpoint: Due upon design approval
25% Final: Due before website launch
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
UPI payments
Cheque payments
Online payment gateways
Late Payments
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
Websites will not be launched until full payment is received
Refund Policy
The initial advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced
Refunds for partially completed work will be prorated based on completed milestones
Custom design work that has been approved cannot be refunded
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days
Intellectual Property
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and custom code
Third-party licenses (themes, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their original terms
Intryn Web Solutions retains the right to display the work in our portfolio
Pre-existing Materials
Client retains ownership of content, logos, and materials they provide
Intryn retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies
Website Hosting and Domain
Hosting and domain registration are separate from design services
Clients are responsible for their own hosting and domain costs
We can recommend hosting providers but do not guarantee third-party services
Domain registration remains in the client's name and ownership
Website Maintenance
Post-launch support is provided for 30 days for bug fixes only
Ongoing maintenance requires a separate maintenance agreement
We are not responsible for issues caused by client modifications or third-party plugins
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Intryn Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
We are not responsible for lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption
We do not guarantee specific search rankings or business results
Confidentiality
We will keep all client information and project details confidential
Client agrees to keep our proposals and pricing confidential
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice
Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to termination
Upon termination, client receives all completed work for which payment has been made
Intryn reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of terms
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
Force Majeure
Intryn Web Solutions shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
